How long does seal coating last?+
On a well-prepped surface with quality material, expect 3–5 years before it needs another coat. Properties with heavy traffic, lots of sun exposure, or a lot of oil drip may need it on the shorter end of that range.
How long before I can drive on fresh sealcoat?+
Foot traffic is usually safe in a few hours. Driving is 24–48 hours depending on humidity and direct sun. We'll give you a clear timeline before we leave.
When is the best time of year to seal coat in Arkansas?+
Roughly April through October. Nighttime temps need to stay above 50°F and rain has to stay out of the 24-hour forecast for the product to cure correctly.
Do you do residential driveways or only commercial lots?+
Both. Same materials, same standards — whether it's a single driveway or a multi-acre parking lot. The size of the job doesn't change the quality of the work.
Do I need crack filling before sealcoat?+
If you have cracks, yes. Sealcoat alone won't bridge active cracks. Filling them first stops water from getting under the pavement and makes the sealcoat job last much longer.

Do you re-stripe existing parking lots?+
Yes — we re-stripe existing layouts, redesign layouts to maximize capacity, and add ADA-compliant stalls, fire lanes, and curb painting.
What kind of prep work do you do?+
The finish is only as good as the prep. We blow and sweep the entire surface, edge vegetation, scrub oil and chemical stains, pre-treat problem spots, and mask off curbs and structures before any product hits the pavement.
How far do you travel?+
We're based in Central Arkansas and work regularly from Hot Springs to Little Rock and well beyond. If you have pavement that needs work anywhere in Arkansas, ask — chances are we can get to you.
Are you insured?+
Yes, fully insured for both residential and commercial work.
How quickly can you get out for an estimate?+
Usually within a couple of business days. If it's time-sensitive, tell us when you call and we'll do what we can.
What if I'm not happy with the finished work?+
Tell us. Excellence is the standard — if it's not right, we make it right. That's the whole job.
